ASSESSMENT:
Postural Assessment (PA) – What do postural imbalances mean for the nervous system? We’ve created a simple checklist to help you understand.
For example:
Is one shoulder higher than the other?
Is one elbow crease more medially rotated than the other?
Is one hip higher than the other?
We have broken the body into 14 area’s and each area can have anywhere from 2-6 postures listed. A full body postural analysis takes 4-6 minutes with a little practice.
After checking the area next to the postural imbalances, hit calculate to determine the person’s specific peripheral nervous system issue.
We provide videos for each body part to guide you in evaluating postures. We have over 1000 real patient pictures for practice, equivalent to over 100 full body postural analyses.
Don’t have time for a full analysis? Head to the symptom area, ask the person about their symptoms, and check them off in the MYK Brain. You can choose from named conditions (e.g. headaches, carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis), nerve pain (e.g. numbness, tingling, burning, shooting, stabbing pain) or painful/weak movements (e.g. difficulty getting wallet from back pocket, hurts to put a coat on, pain when going from sitting to standing)

DIFFERENTIATION:
In the majority of cases (76.5%), our analysis allows us to pinpoint a specific nerve root problem based on postural imbalances.
In some instances (20.5%), there may be two potential nerve pathway problems, requiring further refinement. Our MYK Brain simplifies this process for you.
It presents only the symptoms associated with the two nerves in question. If the chosen symptoms still point to two different nerves or if there are no matching symptoms available, the MYK Brain automatically progresses to the next step. It provides a list of muscles to muscle test, aiding in the differentiation of each nerve pathway.
The MYK Brain includes instructional videos for each muscle to test, allowing you to watch and perform the tests conveniently.
TREATMENT:
Access all the treatment videos for each nerve level on the dedicated treatment page.
Treatment explanation one side – This video is particularly beneficial for learning the treatment techniques. It includes detailed explanations to guide you. You can practice on anyone and use this video as a valuable resource.
Full Bilateral Treatment – Once you’ve gained confidence in performing the treatment, you can follow this video to treat individuals in your office. Simply position your phone or iPad behind the person and seamlessly follow along with the video.
Written Treatment – Once you’ve become proficient in the treatments, you have the option to refer to the written treatment instructions. There’s no need to watch a video, but this way you can ensure you’re accurately implementing the treatment techniques.
Extra Specific Treatment – This treatment option can complement Chiropractic adjustments or Physical Therapy mobilizations. The longest extra specific treatment video is 4 ½ minutes, yet it yields comparable results to the full treatment on its own.
Single Position Treatment (for lower body) – This video demonstrates how to perform all the lower body treatments from a single position. It’s especially useful for individuals who have difficulty rolling over or are unable to lie on their sides or stomach.
REINFOREMENT:
These stretches and strengthening exercises are tailored to each individuals needs.
Here’s an example to illustrate:
Let’s say five people undergo the postural analysis, and all five are identified as having a C6 problem. However, it doesn’t mean all five will need to strengthen the same muscles. We provide a percentage value next to each muscle. Our focus is on identifying any muscle with a percentage that is double or triple the others. This indicates that the muscle is involved in 2 or 3 postural imbalances. By strengthening this specific muscle, individuals can potentially bring balance to those postures. In many cases, this leads to even faster pain relief and restoration of full range of motion.
You can easily determine which exercise pages to print off or email. These pages include a starting and ending picture of the exercise, accompanied by written instructions for proper execution.

THE ELITE SECTION
The ELITE area offers comprehensive solutions for identifying and addressing underlying organ issues. Our advanced postural analysis takes the evaluation to a higher level. Similar to the aforementioned area, it enables precise identification of primary and secondary nerve issues. Additionally, it determines the specific organ treatment required.
Our approach involves a sequential process:
If the primary nerve treatment fails to yield the desired results, we proceed to the secondary nerve treatment.
Should the secondary treatment prove ineffective, we can then proceed to the targeted organ treatment tailored to the individual.
Based on our experience, the majority of individuals respond positively to the primary nerve level treatment. However, for those who do not, many find success with the secondary nerve level treatment. Occasionally, patients presenting with apparent peripheral nerve level issues actually have underlying organ issues. Through attentive observation of their postural imbalances, we let their bodies guide us in determining the appropriate treatment.
Within the Elite area, we offer a comprehensive list of symptoms related to the organ system, many of which we have effectively treated.
TREATMENT:
Treatment within the ELITE area is more intricate. While in the previous area we grouped muscles to impact a single nerve, in the ELITE area, we focus on grouping nerves to impact a specific organ.
